How and where
There are 3 ways to use essential oils my favourite is topically by making up rollers with your own essential oil blends.

So where do you apply your oils?
It depends on what you are wanting to use the essential oil blend for like sleep support is used on your big toe and a blend for head tension is on the back of the neck and forehead.

Meet the bundles!
The best part about choosing a bundle is choosing what diffuser you want! I started out with the desert mist diffuser ( first one)! But my heart is with my aria.
The Desert mist diffuser and Lantern diffuser both have a candle flicker setting to make it have that nice setting for you home!
All the diffusers have time settings between 2, 3,6 and some 12h settings they all have light settings to suit your own style.
The Aira has a built in speaker to hook up to your phone and play music through or use the pre set music feature to listen to the perfect meditational music!
